1. I am travelling to Russia on a cruise ship. Do I need a visa?
Even though your cruise ship operator may tell you differently, travelers arriving by cruise ship can visit certain Russian port cities, including St Petersburg, without obtaining a Russian Tourist visa.
To be eligible for this 'visa-free' entry, you must:
• arrive and leave by ship
• have a passport valid for 6 or more months from the date of entry
• stay for less than 72 hours
• return to the ship in the evening and spend the night(s) on the ship
• remain in the company of an authorized guide while you are ashore
Our company is licensed operator and we will provide you with travel tickets in advance - this is a document stating that an authorized tour operator is waiting for you outside the passport control area. You show this ticket along with your passport to the passport control officer.
2. What should I do to have 'visa-free' entry?
After all details of your private tour are confirmed such as meeting/end time, evening options, number of people in your group etc. We will ask you to provide us with next information for each member of your group: passport number, full name, DOB, citizenship.
A month before your coming the tourist voucher will be send you by email. You need to print this document and show it along with your passport to the passport control officer in Saint-Petersburg.
3. Do your shore excursions guarantee return to the ship on time?
All our guides are trained to always return you to your ship in plenty of time at the end of the tour. We always plan the itinerary according to the “strict end time” condition.
4. How do I book the tour?
It's easy! Just follow these steps!

5. None of the published tours meet my needs. What are my options?
If you don't see exactly what you are looking for, contact us. We can create a custom private tour just for you. We are happy to work with you on creating an itinerary and related pricing that will suit your schedule and unique interests.

6. What kind of payment options do you offer?
You can pay for the tour in USD/Euro/Roubles cash on your arriaval. We guarantee that all museum tickets necessary for the tour would be taken in advance in order to skip waiting in line.
7. What is your Cancellation Policy?
Any cancellation by you must be initiated by telephone to the Muse Tours office at +79313390931 OR by email to : muse.tours.SPb@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
For cancellation due to reasons such as illness, change of personal circumstances, the date on which the request to cancel is received by Muse Tours will determine the refund due as follows:
If you cancel 60 days or more before the start of the tour: No cancellation fee.
If you cancel 59 to 22 days before the start of the tour: 10% cancellation fee (it is what we have paid for the visa-free voucher). As we don’t ask to pay the deposit before the tour we will ask you to load this payment to our PayPal account.
If you cancel less than 21 days before the start of the tour: 70% cancellation fee. fee (These upfront costs represent out of pocket expenses for tickets, transportation deposits and other non-recoverable tour expenses). As we don’t ask to pay the deposit before the tour we will ask you to load this payment to our PayPal account.
8. How do I get a refund?
You may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon:
• the reason for your cancellation
• the number of days prior to the start of the tour your cancellation request is received by Customer Support
• the amount of non-refundable upfront costs that we incurred as a result of preparing for your tour
